Time Machine

American physicist Professor Mallett sets up a spiral named LOTART, and intends moving into market.

By way of the surrounding high-speed lasers to lengthen the time in a closed space, the future message, during this machine kept on working, hopefully can be returned on now.

While people have been puzzling about this idea, Professor Mallett takes one further step to apply U.S. patent and, he wants to tell us: The time machine based on Einstein's relativity is capable of making out, not just a legend.

LOTART
From a commercial point of view, however, this application should be withdrawn, and compared to Coca-Cola drinks, handles the recipe in a safe.

Certainly, the product itself does not even knock the market; imagine that, getting the winning lottery number of tomorrow, we in today no more need worrying about how to make money.  Doesn't it?

Will the USPTO accept such a utility of this application?  Is it possible the U.S. government holds it for their own use?  Maybe, countries in the world are in private going to cooperate with Professor Mallett.
